Terms of Service

Tune My Resumehelps you build, import, score, and tailor resumes, including AI-assisted suggestions. AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing everything before you use or submit a resume. We don’t guarantee any hiring, interview, or job outcome.

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Don’t upload content you have no right to use, and don’t misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

Full access is sold as time-boxed passes — a one-time payment that unlocks AI tailoring, all export formats, and watermark-free PDFs for a fixed window:

• Day Pass — $5 for 1-day access (5 AI credits).
• Week Pass — $14 for 7-day access (25 AI credits).
• Month Pass — $29 for 30-day access (100 AI credits).

These are not subscriptions. Nothing auto-renews and there is nothing to cancel — a pass simply expires at the end of its window and your account reverts to the free tier. If you buy another pass while one is still active, the new time is added after your current window ends, so you never lose paid days.

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, applicable taxes, and your emailed receipt. Prices are in US dollars.

If your purchase is refunded, or a payment dispute/chargeback is opened, your full access is switched off immediately and your account returns to the free tier. For refund requests, contact us at [email protected].

You keep ownership of the resumes and information you create or upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process that content so we can provide the service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate suggestions you request). You can delete your resumes at any time.

We aim to keep the service available but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes we’ll update the effective date above, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
